The former President of the United States Barack Obama will turn 60 and the celebration is already causing controversy. The reason: there will be some 475 guests at the former president’s summer home in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard. Also about 200 people have been hired to work at the party.
But that figure is not the only one that defines this special birthday of the former president of the United States. Obama will have a “Celebration 666”. Of course, it is far from receiving your guests with the legendary song of the Rolling Stone “Sympathy for the devil” or giving as a souvenir a copy of “The prophecy”.
In his musical playlist, Barack Obama has a Nicki Nicole song.
The “666” of this particular Obama birthday correspond to the donation options that he promotes through his official site. And so they announce it: “Join us in celebrating President Obama’s 60th birthday by contributing or telling us how you helped your community. Help us make this birthday the most special yet, by donating $ 6, $ 60, $ 600 or an amount of your choice to help bring the Obama Presidential Center. (…) Or simply tell us how you dedicated 60 minutes, or even 60 seconds, to help your community “.
Outside of this virtual collection organized by the Obama Foundation for the 60 years of the North American politician, it is the party itself that generates controversy. To stop this, they explained what health logistics will be like with the 200 guests. The basic one: everyone will be subjected to a PCR, they will be asked to get vaccinated –those who have not done so–, and the whole celebration will take place in the open air. For all this, the Obamas put a “health coordinator” who will be attentive to the guests complying with the protocol.
Despite her political profile, Michelle Obama targets her projects on Netflix.
As was obvious and expected, even anti-vaccines and antiquarantine in the United States came out to criticize the celebration for the 60 years of Barack Obama. To get out of this focus, Joe Biden and his wife will not participate in person in the birthday. Of the famous guests, there is talk of a list that includes, for example, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg and George Clooney. The group Pearl Jam came out to deny that they were going to perform at the party.
