The family of Lucius Dupuy find no consolation. a few days after be two months old of the brutal crime of the five-year-old boy in La Pampa, for which his own mother and the woman’s partner are detained and charged, the claim for justice remains firm as the first day.
While the cause progresses, not as fast as the Dupuys would like, in the last hours an image that the father of the murdered boy shared on his Facebook profile, along with the phrase: “Your grandfather I wanted to take you in the skin”.

Indeed, Ramón “Teto” Dupuy made the decision to tattooing his grandson’s face on his chest. The emotional moment was recorded with a cell phone and the photo quickly went viral on the networks and caused a large number of comments of support and solidarity for the victim’s relatives.
“His grandfather adored him, Lucio was happy with the Dupuy family… the cursed scourges used him to have money for their vicesI hope they pay for all the evil they did to that family and that beautiful baby! Justice for Lucio, Lucio law now!” commented a user.

The investigation for the murder of Lucio
A few days ago, the justice system in La Pampa ordered that the mother of Lucio Dupuy and his partner, Abigail Páez, be subjected to new psychological and psychiatric reports to determine, among other things, if there were history of family violence both in the accused and in their relationship with the victim.
This was resolved by the Control judge during the fair, Néstor Daniel Ralli, who granted a request from the plaintiff attorney, José Mario Aguerrido, and ordered that the diligence be carried out on February 4, 2022.
In a two-page resolution, agreed to Telam, the magistrate accepted all the points of the extension of the requested expertise that cover, among other issues, the analysis of personal history of each of the defendants, Magdalena Espósito Valenti, mother of Lucio, and Páez, his partner.
The experts will also look for references regarding the possible existence of feelings of hatred and rejection of motherhood in the accused, violence as a way of bonding, the relationship of each of them with the male figure, what Lucio meant in their lives , what was the routine of the three of them, what bothered or annoyed them about the child’s behavior, the characteristics of the bond between them as a couple and with the child, and if there are elements that refer rejection or hatred from them to the male sex.
The autopsy determined that Lucio died from “multiple blows” and, in addition, it was found that he had bite marks and cigarette burns prior to the event and signs of having been sexually abused.
