Claudio Martínez, the former official accused of the Monte Massacre, was attacked by a rottweiler at his home

The arrest of Martínez for the Monte Massacre

The former commissioner had 58 years old and had been arrested on May 26, 2019, six days after the massacre. He was charged with concealment and breach of his duties as a public official.

The investigators suspect that he manipulated the footage from the security cameras at the Monitoring Center with the aim of cover up the actions of the police.

What happened the night of the fateful “Monte Massacre”?
