A peculiar celebration of love spread on social networks when Merivone Rocha Moraes, a 37-year-old Brazilian dancer, contracted marriage with the rag doll that his mother made for him to have a dance partner.
The woman explained that she held the entire event to get media attention and sponsorship so she could buy a house. “My dream was to dress as a bride. I came up with the idea of doing the wedding to get the attention of TV shows to help me get a house. I want to win a house and that is why I decided to marry Marcelo”
