Today I want us to talk about something that seems very subtle, almost irrelevant: our everyday talk. Actually, saying has a lot specific weightespecially the meaning we give to the expressions y has a lot of load.
Language is the main constructor of our reality. Therefore, everything we say and everything we say to ourselves internally, direct what we think and then we live it, we transform it into reality.

And since words are not innocent either, those passing sayings are loaded with meaning. For example, when I say “it is a way of saying”, that has a great meaning.
