Adele shone on Friday and Saturday on stage in London’s Hyde Park, as part of the British Summer Time festival, with a spectacular mix of classics, such as “Someone like you”, and more recent songs from his latest album 30.
After spending five years away from the stage, the London artist returned to perform in the UK, receiving a warm welcome from the public. The set started with “Hello”, one of the most iconic songs from his third album 25.

Dressed in black, the winner of fifteen Gramm Awardsand spoke to the public with his usual humor and closeness, acknowledging some fans who were there both days. “Easy on Me”, from her latest album and which talks about her divorce with ex-husband Simon Konecki, the 34-year-old artist also chose to include in her repertoire the songs “I Drink Wine”, “Hold On” y “Oh My God”.
The Londoner also included the soundtrack of the James Bond movie “Skyfall”, with which she picked up an Oscar in 2013, and completed the performance with other classics from her first two albums, including “One and Only” or the nod to Bob Dylan with “Make You Feel My Love”.
The song of “Set Fire to the Rain” was one of the highlights of the night, since while the theme was playing with the special effects of large flares it refers to “setting fire to the rain”, the gray cloud sky took the hint and decided to complete the song with some rain, slightly wetting the public.
Con “Rolling in the Deep” as the closing theme, Adele vibrated the more than 140 hectares from the royal park, although she reappeared on stage covered with the Pride flag to give away a couple more encores: the nostalgic “When we were Young” and the closing theme of her latest album, “Love is a Game”.

In February, Adele was consecrated at the Brit Awards 2022. She won three important categories thanks to her album 30.
At the ceremony, held at the O2 in London before some 4.000 personas – still far from the 15,000 that were cited in the pavilion before the pandemic – Ed Sheeran, Little Simz, Olivia Rodrigo, Sam Fender, Wolf Alice and Liam Gallagher.
A dream night for Adele
The British artist returned to the place that launched her to fame and added three Britincluding best album, best song and best artist.
She is the second artist with more of these awards in history, with twelve awards to her credit, above Coldplay, who has nine but far from 18 of Robbie Williamswho conquered thirteen alone and five more when he was part of Take That.

Adele arrived at the event as one of the favorites. She came out on stage to sing “I Drink Wine”, where he shone with his powerful voice. She was first awarded song of the year, for “Easy On Me”later as best artist of the year, and later crowned with the award for best album, the great category of the night.
“I always like to come home. The Brits are a very important part of my life. I am very proud to be an artist and to be a woman”, she highlighted in her speech, dedicating the award to her son.
