Gisela Bernal won a legal battle against Ariel Diwan: how much is the million-dollar house they are disputing worth?

Five years ago, after their scandalous separation, Gisela Bernal and Ariel Diwan began a legal battle. The theatrical producer discovered that he was not the biological father of Ian, the dancer’s son, and that led to a series of conflicts with lawyers involved.

One of the issues that still remained to be resolved between the ex-partner was related to a house located in the Palermo neighborhood. According to what was revealed in A la Tarde (America), Diwan appeared before the Court seeking to have 100% of the property, valued at more than 800 thousand dollars, which he currently shares in equal parts with his ex.

Finally, the businessman suffered another judicial setback because in a second instance ruling it was determined that 50% of the property corresponds to Bernal, as it is in the contract. “Diwan wanted the house to be his alone. He argued that he put half of the house in the name of Gisela because they had a family project, ”explained the journalist Diego Esteves.

In the entertainment program they stated that the property has already increased its value by 50%. In addition, they revealed that, a few years ago, Diwan tried to buy Gisela’s part and offered an insufficient amount close to 200 thousand dollars.

Bernal, too, took charge of his own situation. “Ariel knew that I was with other people. I am not saying that I was good with this. Not really. It is difficult to regret in life, but I know that with this stone of dating a committed person, I will never stumble again ”, he maintained.

The dancer also gave her opinion on the DNA test that he took, without consulting him. “It was always in the pipeline to carry out the DNA because it was the right thing to do, but it hit me like a bucket of cold water that he did it from behind, and manipulating the creature, because it should have been agreed with his two parents,” she argued.
