On March 15, a documentary that promises to raise dust is released on Netflix: The Millionaire Climax: The Story of Pornhub. It is a web page that became one of the most visited in the world, but in full swing was accused of sex trafficking and posting videos without the consent of its protagonists.
With a duration of 93 minutes, the production takes a journey through the history of the platform and provides testimonials from people who work in the porn industry. It also gives a voice to those who investigated the dark side of the site: “They are responsible for knowingly profiting from sex trafficking.”

“Anything can be porn,” says one of the women who make a living from pornography in the documentary’s trailer. And another testimony reveals: “They assume that I do conventional pornography. I’m actually in my room making little videos.”
“Every element of the internet has been influenced and led by pornography,” is heard from one of the most critical voices that the documentary is expected to have. While one person who posted the videos of him there claims that detractors “fail to see that sex work and sex trafficking are two completely different things.”
