Big Brother (Telefe) is in its final stretch. Five months after the start of the reality show, Federico Borgiorno – popularly known as Fefe on social networks – established himself not only as a specialist in reality, but also realized that his surveys seem to be infallible.
In dialogue with TN Show, Fefe spoke of his fanaticism for the program, reviewed the five months of confinement and the plays of the participants, analyzed the phenomenon that was generated on social networks and gave his opinions for the grand finale.

Who is Fefe, the “Big Brother” specialist who conquers networks and television
From a very young age, Federico “Fefe” Borgiorno was interested in television, music, series and movies, among other things. “I consume a lot of cultural content and I take care of being up to date. At the age of 16 I started working for an American magazine aimed at teenagers and I realized that I loved communication”, said the 22-year-old, who is now studying International Relations and Marketing.
Asked about his feelings regarding being recognized as “the specialist in Big Brother”, he assured: “It is an honor because this reality marked me a lot.” It is that Fefe was born in the 2000s and watched the first Big Brother with his mother: “Obviously, I have no memories, but since I was a child I love reality shows.”

But that was just the kick, because as a teenager he became interested in the foreign format: “I watched Big Brother from Canada, the United States and Australia. I became obsessed and was very excited for the program to return to Argentina. So for me it’s almost a self-fulfilling prophecy to be working with this.”
It was so that after the return of Big Brother to the country, he did not hesitate to get fully involved and share daily summaries. “The day it started I had 3,200 and now I have 249,000, crazy. They follow me from Horacio Cabak, to Ofelia Fernández, Ceferino Reato and Nancy Pazos… That is what this program generates: it connects a lot of people from different fields and age groups”, he pointed out.

“Big Brother”, the TV program that is debated on the networks
Fefe enjoys the commotion that was generated on social networks around what happens in Big Brother and loves to play the role of communicator and informant. However, the success and massiveness of the cycle did not cease to amaze him.
“The last Big Brother so massive in Argentina was in 2011, I was 10 years old. But a lot of things happened in between: the digital age exploded and there was a prominence of social networks. So, although GH Argentina always had a great cultural impact, now the conversation goes through the networks and a whole new generation is introduced that is part of the conversation and that establishes its rules for the reality show”, reflected the young man who highlighted that this is very good because it establishes a new perspective for the program.
Fefe gave his opinion on the 2022 edition of “Big Brother” ahead of the grand finale
Fefe likes to analyze the Big Brother format beyond the participants. That is why, with days to go until the end of the cycle, she reviewed the finalists, their strategies and the reaction of the public to “punish” those who showed their game.

“I think that in the Big Brother house everyone plays, just in a different way. In the Argentine edition, the calmest game has always prevailed. Cristian U was the exception, but participants like Marianela Mirra, who did spontaneous or more risky things, were already loved by the public for a personal matter”, he pointed out. And he stressed that the public values honesty, consistency and the connection that is generated with the “little brothers” through the screen.
Asked if he has favourites, he admitted that there are players he likes more than others, but he thought the four finalists are fabulous.
He even risked that the final will be between Marcos Ginocchio and Nacho Castañares: “It’s interesting because the two started with very different profiles. Marcos stood out for his temperance, patience and for emanating very good vibes; while Nacho is a survivor because he was in league with ‘Los Little Monkeys’ -whom the public didn’t want- and even so he knew how to adapt and play a game that is super strategic, causing charm in people. I think they are the great contenders to win this Big Brother”.
