The photo album of the spectacular wedding of Luciana Aymar and Fernando González in Chile

Former Argentine hockey player Luciana Aymar and Chilean tennis player Fernando González had a civil marriage in December last year and, after three months of waiting, they celebrated their union this weekend with a large party that had almost 300 guests. The great event had the participation of several former members of Las Leonas.

Relatives and friends of the couple met on Saturday afternoon at the Hilaria salon, located in Huechuraba, north of Santiago de Chile. There the celebration took place that lasted until the wee hours of the morning and had deeply emotional moments and others of fun.

Some of the guests were the former players of the women’s hockey team who marked an era in Argentine sports. Some of them were Inés Arrondo, Magdalena Aicega, Soledad García and Mercedes Margalot. Mechi, in fact, was in charge of saying a few words in the previous ceremony.

“And every once in a while life caresses your soul and gives you unforgettable moments. Where there is love, everything is possible ”, wrote the current ESPN journalist in a post on her social networks in which she shared images of the party.

Sergio “Cachito” Vigil, the historic coach of that team, also attended.

Of course, Félix and Lupe, the little children of Aymar and González, who have been together since 2016, were also present at the event.

The night had everything: there were flags of Chile and Argentina, for the nationalities of the couple, and also a musical moment at pure rhythm by the band Tomo as Rey, chosen by González himself.

“Everything related to musical bands is one hundred percent Fernando’s. He took care of the party, that it was a marriage on fire and that all his guests were super comfortable, ”said Constanza Provens, the event’s wedding planner, in statements collected by the Chilean newspaper La Tercera.

It was a magical night that the couple and their guests will surely never forget.
