They discovered who is the woman who threw her dog in the trash in Villa Luro: she will be tried for animal abuse

Just a few hours after the fact, the woman who threw her dog into a garbage container in the Villa Luro neighborhood was identified. The investigation to find her was carried out by the Specialized Fiscal Unit in cases of animal abuse.

The woman, whose identity was not revealed, was charged with the crime of “animal abuse” and was recorded when she was at a City Police headquarters, apparently with her daughter.

The moment when the woman dumps the dog and the police rescue

In the last few hours, a woman threw her dog into a garbage container in the Villa Luro neighborhood. The owner of the animal was recorded by a neighbor’s security cameras, who filmed the entire sequence. In addition, a man approached the place, saw her and called the City Police, who rescued her safe and sound from her, and one of her agents immediately adopted her.

As can be seen in the video, the woman was walking down the street with a shopping cart and her dog. However, she took advantage of the fact that there were no people circulating in the area to throw the animal into the container and she continued her journey along Leopardi Street at 300.

Minutes later, a man who approached that same container to throw away his garbage noticed the presence of the puppy, noticeably scared. Without hesitation, he called 911 and personnel from the 10 C Neighborhood Police Station of the City Police approached the scene to rescue the dog.

One of the agents, with the help of two neighbors who held the door of the container, rescued the dog with a leash and a blanket to prevent a possible bite from the animal that was upset.

“Officers Santiago Quiroga and Darío Sandez responded to a neighbor’s complaint and rescued an abandoned puppy inside a garbage container. The animal was in very precarious conditions, but thanks to the actions of our troops, it is now recovering. Animal abuse is a crime: report it by calling 911,” the City Police reported in an Instagram post.
