Jey Mammon broke the silence after the complaint of sexual abuse made by Lucas Benvenuto. “The episode is largely false,” he said in the statement that he shared on his social networks and maintained that the complainant tried to extort him.
The disclaimer was published after the version was leaked that the driver is going to be separated from La Peña de Morfi (Telefe) and that Benvenuto shared a video in which he recounted how he feels about the repercussions that the subject had.

“Given the dissemination of a complaint that the Justice decided to prescribe, in the case of a false episode in much of its content, I see myself in the need to inform that to this action, which seeks unspeakable revenues to the detriment of my person, is added a persistent campaign of harassment and defamation” “I have suffered extortionate behavior from the person who filed a complaint that the Court dismissed and closed. Notwithstanding the legal actions to be taken” “It is imperative to make it clear that the situation raised is the product of the conduct of a person who, in this case, and before the Justice has acted untruthfully” “The media installation of the subject has jeopardized the prestige and honor of whoever speaks to them in a delicate and sensitive event for the whole of society. I pray to God that it flows, that the truth is exposed and known.”

What was the statement that Lucas Benvenuto shared before the release of Jey Mammon
Two hours before Jey Mammon shared a statement to try to clarify the situation, Lucas Benvenuto expressed himself in a video that he shared with the production of A la tarde (America).
During the defense that lasted six minutes, the young man clarified that it was very difficult for him to talk about the case and said that he decided to do it through the media because he never received a response from the Justice.
One of the issues that he highlighted in this statement is how much it costs him to face the exposure: “There are many media that call me if I stop. I haven’t been able to eat for two days, I haven’t been able to sleep. I want you to know that after every interview I give, I am devastated.”

“The road was very long for me to be here today. What can I tell you about ‘being here’? My life was at risk twice, there were two times that I tried to take my own life. I was even in intensive care twice and it was not known how I was going to wake up, ”she recounted.
And he added: “The last tool I had left was the media, so at least I could have social justice or true justice. I think that now they are all on top of one person, that everyone already knows who he is. They are focused there, but I have been fighting with my lawyer in a lot of cases and it hurts me a lot that they want to use only that name to have the scoop ”.
In addition, he assured that he needed to speak in order to heal and that he is not going to give more interviews because he wants to turn the page: “I need to create love inside of me again, because it was what saved me. It took me a long time to smile again. I want to be happy”.
