Two hours before Jey Mammon shared a statement to try to clarify the situation, Lucas Benvenuto expressed himself in a video that he shared with the production of A la tarde (America).

During the defense that lasted six minutes, the young man clarified that it was very difficult for him to talk about the case and said that he decided to do it through the media because he never received a response from the Justice.

One of the issues that he highlighted in this statement is how much it costs him to face the exposure: “There are many media that call me if I stop. I haven’t been able to eat for two days, I haven’t been able to sleep. I want you to know that after every interview I give, I am devastated.”

“The road was very long for me to be here today. What can I tell you about ‘being here’? My life was at risk twice, there were two times that I tried to take my own life. I was even in intensive care twice and it was not known how I was going to wake up, ”she recounted.

And he added: “The last tool I had left was the media, so at least I could have social justice or true justice. I think that now they are all on top of one person, that everyone already knows who he is. They are focused there, but I have been fighting with my lawyer in a lot of cases and it hurts me a lot that they want to use only that name to have the scoop ”.

In addition, he assured that he needed to speak in order to heal and that he is not going to give more interviews because he wants to turn the page: “I need to create love inside of me again, because it was what saved me. It took me a long time to smile again. I want to be happy”.
