Morena Rial denounced a former driver of her father for sexual abuse: the details of the cause

After Lucas Benvenuto publicly denounced Jey Mammón, other cases began to come to light. In the last few hours it was revealed that Morena Rial brought Pablo Mariano Báez to justice, a former driver of her father, whom he accuses of sexually abusing her three times.

As is expressly stated in the summons to investigate that TN Show had access to and that will take place on April 3 at 10:00, the events reported occurred during 2016 when the defendant worked as a driver for the media family. In that year, Jorge Rial’s daughter was between 16 and 17 years old.

“The defendant’s behavior began with harassing behavior towards Rial, such as referring to him phrases of sexual content and comments about the clothes he was wearing. He also held her hand while driving, and his behavior worsened when he began to touch her breasts and even jump on her ”, the document can be read.

The first abuse would have occurred in June 2016 in the kitchen of the apartment where Morena lived with her sister xx and her father. Another of the facts that Báez is accused of occurred on October 3 or 10, 2016, at noon, again in the elevator of the building on Pampa Street.

“You are not leaving here without me being with you, I am going to rape you, you are not going to be with someone else before I am with you,” the defendant would have told More on that occasion.

In dialogue with Toda la vida (Net TV), the lawyer Alejandro Cipolla indicated that his client lived through hell when he was 16 years old. In addition, he stressed that she has evidence and witnesses to prove the crime. “It is considered proven that there was a seriously outrageous sexual abuse with carnal access on several occasions,” said the lawyer.
