Almost 20 days after the disappearance of Cecilia Strzyzowski, in the last hours of Monday, June 19, the Ministry of Security launched a $5 million reward for those who provide valuable information for the investigation that seeks to find the whereabouts of the 28-year-old girl. which was last seen on June 1 in Chaco.
During this Tuesday the 20th, a series of searches with tactical divers will be carried out in the Quijano channel, where they could have thrown Cecilia Strzyzowski, located behind the Santiago Maldonado Sports Center in Resistencia Chaco, very close to where they found the burned suitcase, clothing and rings that would belong to the young woman.

The Ministry of Security of the Nation in charge of Aníbal Fernández indicated that the $5 million will be delivered to “those who allow him to find his whereabouts or establish the circumstances of his disappearance.”

Gloria Romero, mother of Cecilia Strzyzowski, led a demonstration to remember the woman who has been missing since June 1. There was a massive call in the Plaza 25 de Mayo de Resistencia.
“I want justice, I’m not looking for revenge,” Romero said from the stage, noting that “an eye for an eye blinds the world.” Wrapped in a pink flag, Romero was presented with a bag full of balloons of the same color to be released into the sky.
“I know there is a lot of anger, but let’s do the demonstration in the Japanese style, let’s set an example. I would like Cecilia’s marches to be in a place where we don’t block traffic, where we don’t ruin shops, the square or the center. Let’s show that we are different,” she stated.
