Through Instagram, Rumer said that at the beginning of 2023 they faced a situation that affected them both. “This year was a bit complicated in terms of health. “Lou and I have battled two viruses this month alone and what I realized is that the Universe was telling me to slow down and focus on nourishing my immune system and my body,” she commented.
The actress explained that she trusted certain brands and wellness products that allowed her to maintain her health at safe levels, but that she is attentive to what may happen in the future with the baby, who is now feeling well.

“Another big thing as a new mom is that my adrenals can become overloaded very quickly from breastfeeding and running around chasing Lou all day. Additionally, I always had a lot of anxiety and stress. So I recently started taking an adrenal tonic to help me stay nourished,” she described.
After the long comment about health she made, she encouraged her followers to follow her path. “I challenge you to join me and take the next 90 days to commit to your health and nourish yourself this year.”
At the end of the year, Rumer Willis revealed the reason why she chose her daughter's name. Through her Instagram stories, the actress answered questions from her followers. One of them sought to know the origin of her baby's name and hit the nail on the head: Louetta Isley is an identity built to honor her father.
The baby's name is the conjunction of different musical artists that Bruce Willis is a fan of and has always listened to. The actor is a fervent music lover and music has always been as important in his life as cinema.
