Ernestina País was a guest at LAM (America) and gave details about the hard time she went through during the last year. In dialogue with the “little angels”, the host said that she decided to check into a mental health center to alleviate her sadness.
“I suffered a lot because of colleagues who lost their jobs. I saw two colleagues die in one year. It was very sad that year and I said 'you know what? I'm going to allow myself this sadness,'” Ernestina was sincere.

“I said 'I'm going to put together all the sadness and the ones I've been hiding under the rug,'” he added. Fernanda Iglesias asked her if she did therapy and the former CQC responded: “I got bored of therapy, I got bored of listening to myself. I self-interned. I went to a place where I controlled the phone and everything, I did everything I could do to see and visualize what my life was going to be, I took care of that.”

Another of the panelists asked her if she was accompanied by professionals or if she was doing activities. “Everything, theater, yoga, meditations, drawing, sculpture… it was beautiful. “I lived in a cloud of fart all January,” she replied.

Before closing the topic, he revealed what his friends told him when he left the mental health center: “They have a theory that I went into that place so as not to find out about things.”
“Did you meet a different Ernestina?” asked another of the panelists. “I found an Ernestine that I always was but that at some point, out of 'duty', I was hiding my vulnerabilities all the time. “I am vulnerable, I have my issues and it is not something to judge, but to be brothers,” she stated.
