A Salta Police sergeant was discovered by her ex-partner while having sexual relations with her boss in front of her 2-year-old son. However, when the man rebuked her, she threatened him: “I'm going to kill you.”
The dramatic episode occurred last Thursday in a home in the Costanera neighborhood of El Carril. The sergeant's ex, who is also a police officer, arrived there to leave her money because they had recently broken up. He knocked on the door and since no one answered him, he entered the home.

Once inside, the sergeant was found having relations with her boss, who works as secretary to the Chief of Police, in front of her little son. She immediately rebuked them for allowing the baby to be present and was threatened by her partner's lover.
After that, the third party in disagreement left the scene and the officer began to argue with the woman. However, she immediately grabbed his service weapon and pointed it directly at him. “I'm going to kill you, because you do all this, you're a son of a thousand f…”, she yelled at him and threatened to “harm him” in her work.

The man tried to calm her down and when he couldn't, he took out his cell phone to record the situation. This caused her partner to put away the gun and go to her son who couldn't stop crying.
The police officer called the sergeant's relatives and left the scene. In his complaint, he stated that the woman does not care for the minor and that the child spends most of his time with her maternal grandmother.
In addition, he asked the Guarantee judge to detain the accused, taking into account that “the psychological, psychological and moral integrity of his son was violated and undermined, as well as that due to the position held by the accused as Secretary of the Lord Chief of Police, this can notoriously hinder the preparatory criminal investigation through influence peddling with other judicial authorities.”

The case was left in the hands of the Criminal Prosecutor's Office for Crimes against Sexual Integrity No. 5, headed by Sofía Carpi, and the Criminal Prosecutor's Office No. 5, headed by Julio Cervantes. The case is also being investigated by the Minors and Disabled Counsel No. 4, headed by Noelia Pérez González.
Both the chief commissioner and the sergeant of the Salta Police were denounced for threats, corruption of minors (for the accusation that includes the 2-year-old boy), obscene exhibitions, abuse of weapons, and influence peddling.
