Although Guido Kaczka had already worked in Pelito, it was his role as Quique in Clave de Sol, at the age of 8, that made him famous forever. And even though he was little, the scene of her first falling in love with him on camera is still unforgettable.
The boy born on February 2, 1978 in Buenos Aires wanted to be an actor since he was little and accompanied two of his older brothers, Emiliano and Analía, to the casting of Pelito. And, although he was only 5 years old, he was chosen alongside them. There he played Joaquín and, since he still couldn't read, his mother helped him repeat his scripts from memory.
After a brief stint in Polenta, another children's soap opera, he was selected for Clave de sol, which became a huge success and marked the teenagers of the eighties.
A hotbed of stars
Cleve de treble, which aired on Channel 13 between 1987 and 1991, catapulted young actors and actresses such as Pablo Rago, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Viviana Saccone, Cecilia Dopazo and Carolina Fal to stardom. The series began airing on February 2, the same day that Guido Kaczka turned 9 years old.

In the novel, Guido was Quique, the younger brother not of his real brothers, but of Diego and Gaby, played by Leonardo Sbaraglia and Claudia de la Calle. The family arrived at La Lucila with their mother and stepfather.
Who fell in love with him on camera?
With his charm and audacity that still characterize him, Guido Kaczka had his first dip in fiction the day he met the character of Carolina, played by a very young Millie Stegman, who later became the villain in Chiquititas. She was 19 years old, ten older than him.

In a scene that is still repeated over and over again in a video called “The day Guido Kaczka fell in love in Clave de Sol” on eltrece's YouTube channel, the barely 9-year-old boy entered his house. He then greeted his mother, his brother Diego (as Sbaraglia) and his friend Lucho, with a funny: “Good morning, the male of this house has arrived.”
And, upon discovering that they were also accompanied by a girl he did not know and surprised by her beauty, he said “To the flute, what a flower!” While Pablo Rago, who played Lucho, the leader of the neighborhood boy band, introduced him as “my chicken,” Quique acted big and insisted that “he was the male of the house.” And when Carolina lowered her neck to kiss him, he clung to her.

Immediately, the girl went to eat with Lucho and his older brother, who told him “You could have hidden it a little, dwarf.” And, after his mother Clara (Silvia Merlino) added: “You were very bad, you are too young to say those things,” he finished: “Yes, boy, but not blind.”

Her character in Clave de Sol was so unforgettable that 36 years after its premiere, last year, a participant named Natalia called the driver in Los 8Steps Quique. He asked her if she watched the novel and she told him that not only did she follow it every day, but also that at that time she was studying theater with Lito Cruz and had wanted to go to the casting, but her mother had not let her. And Guido Kaczka recalled: “My mother, on the other hand, took us all.”
