The captain of Chacarita had an accident with his vehicle while he was on his way to the Funebrero's training at the Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) property in Moreno. After the crash, he was admitted to intensive care for severe head trauma.

Last Friday, a new official medical report from Perdomo was released, where they reported that the 27-year-old player was “stable and lucid” and was feeding through a tube, since on Wednesday he stopped using the artificial respirator. He still remains to know if he will have to undergo maxillofacial surgery, in the meantime he remains hospitalized for observation.
From the Funebrero medical team they did not clarify anything about his return to football, since they assured that “the attention is focused on another aspect and nothing that has to do with his future is being evaluated.”
