Last Friday night, a couple was walking on the side of the road after running out of gas. At a certain point, in the darkness of the area, a car that was driving through the area ran over them. The young man died and she is in serious condition.
The tragic episode occurred on 312th Street, access to the town of Gómez, Brandsen district. There, the young people identified as Néstor Ain Britte, 24, and his girlfriend Irina Juárez, 26, had a mechanical problem and had to get off the motorcycle they were riding.

According to what was reported by investigators, the boys began to walk on the side of the road when a Volkswagen UP ran over them when it could not avoid them. The boy was assisted by medical personnel who arrived at the scene, but despite attempts to revive him, they were only able to confirm his death.
His girlfriend had to be hospitalized and remains in serious condition. Now the Police are investigating the incident to determine what the causes of the accident were. The case was classified as manslaughter.

On her social networks, Juárez, who is still hospitalized, said goodbye to her partner with a moving post: “My little tit, how much it is going to cost me to understand that you are not going to be here anymore. “Many projects together, a life ahead of us and life pays us like this,” the girl wrote.
“A good kid with a humble and hardworking heart, always helping his family as well as his girlfriend and friends. My life still hasn't fallen. I love you, my brunette, how much you are going to miss me. As always, I will remember you with that joy and spark that you had. A kiss to heaven my life, I will always love you,” she concluded.

A 21-year-old girl who was four months pregnant died after being hit by a car when she tried to cross National Route 40 on foot near Pocito, San Juan.
The victim, identified as Melina Gabriela Alfaro, suffered multiple serious injuries after the strong impact and died hours later. The driver of the vehicle was arrested.

As he used to do every day, Alfaro walked from his house to his grandmother's, located on the other side of Route 40, in Villa Huarpes, and carried part of what he had earned at work.
It was around 8:30 p.m. on Friday when the young woman tried to cross the road and was hit by a Mercedes Benz A-200 that was heading south.
Medical personnel immediately arrived at the scene to assist the victim, who was rushed to Rawson Hospital with a hip fracture, traumatic brain injury and serious chest injuries.
According to Diario de Cuyo, while the girl remained on the asphalt, still conscious, she handed the money to her grandmother. Finally, she died around 11 p.m.
