Javier Milei arrived in Israel after 9 a.m. this Tuesday to fulfill the official agenda in which he will hold meetings with his Israeli counterpart, Isaac Herzog, and Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. At his arrival, he announced that he will move the Argentine Embassy to Jerusalem.
The President traveled to Israel on a scheduled flight, accompanied by his sister and General Secretary of the Presidency, Karina Milei, Foreign Minister Diana Mondino and the designated ambassador to Israel, Rabbi Axel Wahnish.

The first activity will be a visit to the Western Wall in Jerusalem, where you will be received by Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz. The official agenda includes the signing of the book on the way to the wall, a prayer and study at Minharot Hakotel and the lighting of candles in commemoration of those who died in the terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023. Then, the president will tour the Kotel Tunnels .
During noon this Tuesday, the President will hold a meeting with the president of Israel, Isaac Herzog. “It will be to deepen bilateral relations,” the Government explained.
On Wednesday, the Argentine Head of State will hold a meeting with businessmen in Jerusalem and then meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Then the meeting will be extended for the Argentine delegation.
Tomorrow afternoon, Milei will take a guided tour of the Holocaust Museum (Yad Vashem), plant a tree in the Keren Kayemet LeIsrael Forest of Nations, and visit the Old City of Jerusalem.

The President will also hold meetings with businessmen, the Mexican Isaac Assa and the Israeli Simon Falic, and with rabbis Itzjak Yosef, David Lau and David Abujatzera. While the chancellor will hold meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Yisrael Kat, and with the ministers of Science and Agriculture, Ofir Akunis and Avi Dichter.
On Thursday, Milei's agenda includes a blessing ceremony with Rabbi Osher Vai, a visit to Kibbutz Nir Oz and a meeting with relatives of those kidnapped by Hamas. The delegation's farewell will take place at the Wailing Wall (Kotel Hamaaraví-Western Wall).
This is Milei's second official tour as president. After the visit to Israel, the agenda will continue in Italy and he will have a special visit to the Vatican, where he will hold a meeting with Pope Francis.

Already in Italy, the Minister of the Interior, Guillermo Francos, will join the delegation; the Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello; and the Secretary of Worship, Francisco Sánchez. On Sunday the delegation will participate in the canonization ceremony of María Antonia de Paz y Figueroa, known as “Mama Antula”, the first Argentine saint.
Next Monday morning the long-awaited audience between Pope Francis and Javier Milei will take place, and then the Head of State will meet with the Secretary of State of the Holy See, Pietro Parolin.
Milei will then meet with the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, and in the afternoon there will be a meeting with the President of the Council of Ministers of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.
