In the midst of the heat wave that has hit the AMBA for ten days, it is pouring in the City of Buenos Aires. The National Meteorological Service (SMN) issued yellow and orange alerts for storms and occasional hail for twelve provinces.
The last two weeks the overwhelming heat arrived in CABA and exceeded 40° thermal sensation. Although it also rained on Sunday, it was only a few millimeters and the temperature did not change as it continued to climb.
However, as reported by the SMN, this Thursday will be the last day of maximum temperatures and is accompanied by heavy rain. In this context, there are already several neighborhoods in the City that have a significant flow of water in their streets.
Palermo, Caballito and the downtown area are the areas that already have part of their streets flooded due to the rain that fell in a short time.
Lines A and H remain interrupted due to the intensity of the rain.
