This Monday they arrested a man for the murder of Chacarita fan, Jorge Daniel Durán, which occurred this Saturday before the “funebrero” match against Deportivo Maipú de Mendoza for the Primera Nacional. The suspect was hiding at his partner's home.
This is Oscar Alberto Argüello, 31 years old, who was arrested in Villa 9 de Julio in the town of Villa Ballester. He is accused of stabbing Durán, 43, in the abdomen, who died on Saturday night at the Belgrano Hospital.
The attack occurred in the context of a fight between “La Famosa Banda” and “Somos familia”, two factions of the Funebrero brava gang.
