According to the SMN report, locally strong storms are expected in the Buenos Aires sector. Abundant rainfall in short periods, strong electrical activity, occasional hail and intense gusts are expected. The accumulated precipitation will range between 30 and 60 millimeters or more.

Storms of similar intensity to that of Buenos Aires are expected in La Pampa and the south of Córdoba. It is also estimated that the accumulated precipitation values will be the same, but the forecast in this range indicates that the phenomenon will appear from this Sunday afternoon.
In the northeast of Mendoza, the alert will apply in the early morning and evening of Sunday, while the storms are expected to impact the southeast during the night. The report indicates that the storms will be strong, with an accumulation of 30 to 45 millimeters, possible hail, electrical activity and gusts of 70 kilometers or more.
The severe weather system will manifest itself in a similar way in San Luis. In the north of the province, storms are expected during the early morning and evening hours of Sunday, while the south will be affected in the afternoon and evening. Gusts of 70 kilometers or more are also expected throughout the area, and accumulated precipitation of 30 to 45 millimeters.

The south of La Rioja awaits storms during the night. Precipitation accumulation will be around 30 to 45 millimeters or more. It is also possible that there will be electrical activity, hail, and gusts of 70 kilometers per hour are expected.
The north of Salta will be affected by storms from this Saturday night until early Sunday morning. It is possible that the storms will be strong in different sectors; abundant rainfall in short periods, strong electrical activity, occasional hail and intense gusts cannot be ruled out. The accumulated precipitation will be between 30 and 60 millimeters or more.
Yellow alert for rain
The northeast of Santa Cruz will be affected by rain on Sunday afternoon and evening. On the Deseado plateau and the Magallanes plateau, heavy rains will be recorded.
The accumulated precipitation will range between 10 and 30 millimeters.
Yellow alert for winds
In the south of Mendoza and the south of San Luis, a yellow alert will apply for winds from the southern sector that will have an intensity of between 30 and 60 kilometers per hour, and gusts that can reach 80 kilometers per hour.

On the other hand, winds from the west will impact the center and part of the coast of Santa Cruz during the afternoon. It is estimated that they will have speeds of between 45 and 70 kilometers per hour and gusts that can reach 80 kilometers per hour.
Yellow alert for Zonda wind
In the lower area of Malargüe, in Mendoza, the Zonda wind is expected to impact with speeds of between 30 and 50 kilometers per hour, and gusts of around 70 kilometers per hour or more. “This phenomenon can cause reduced visibility, a sudden increase in temperatures and conditions of very low relative humidity,” warns the SMN.

What will the weather be like in the City of Buenos Aires?
Sunday will be a cloudy day, with a minimum temperature of 24º during the early morning. The maximum will reach 34º during the afternoon and isolated storms are not ruled out during the night.

On the other hand, there will be a high probability of strong storms during the early morning and early hours of Monday, with gusts between 51 and 59 kilometers per hour. Precipitation is likely to persist into the afternoon, with gusts of 42 to 50 kilometers per hour.
